• Spiced Lemonade Ferocity

  Inspired by the shikanji of Northern India, this spiced lemonade sour is intensely refreshing! Brewed with lemon puree, organic chaat masala seasoning, and dried mango. Notes of bright lemon, cumin, garam masala, and pepper. Abv - 4.4 ibu - 8.0

• Tangerine Larry's

  Our 200th batch of beer! Brewed in honor of previous building owner Larry Seehusen. This batch of Larry's has a subtle kiss of tangerine. Bright and sunny, a perfect summer crusher! Abv - 4.2 ibu - 8.0

• Bock, Bock, Grey Bock

  Dunkels, or dark, bock is the traditional bier for hot poking! Dark brown with some beautiful red highlights, expect notes of brown bread, light caramel, toast, and slight chocolate. Smooth and full-bodied, with almost no hop character, this is a true celebration of malt, the soul of bier! Abv - 6.3 ibu - 24.0

• The Blues Berry Brothers

  Like two sides of the same coin, this cold IPA features two very blueberry forward hops in Erebus and Mosaic in copious amounts. A touch of classic Cascade hops for depth, expect blueberry, citrus fruits, dankness, and pine. Abv - 7.1 ibu - 62.0

• OktoBearFest

  The perfect celebration of Fall, this Marzen is reminiscent of toasted bread, rye, and all things harvest. Balanced and incredibly smooth, at 5.3%, you can drink several and and still have room for pretzels. Prost! Rye - Toasted Bread - Florals Abv - 5.3 ibu - 21.0

• Raspberry Mainstreet Wheat

  A celebration of Hopkin's historic Mainstreet and Raspberry Fest, we can't believe we didn't think of this before! This brilliant red American wheat ale and intense notes of raspberry and a hint of passionfruit. Drinks slightly tart and incredibly refreshing! Abv - 5.3 ibu - 22.0

• Couple's Skate

  “American ale brewers' answer to the popular light lager, cream ales aren't actually creamy at all. Instead, they are light, crisp, and slightly more flavorful than an American Light Lager. Couple's Skate is what we call the "perfect lawnmower beer". Abv - 5.0 ibu - 13.0

• Calli Mae

  Brewed by Ryan and his wife Stephanie to celebrate the life of their dog, Calli. Schwarzbier, or "black beer", drinks more like a pilsner than a stout, despite its color. Brewed with Minnesota wild rice, there's a touch of earthiness, nuttiness, and bittersweet chocolate. Join us in raising a middle finger to cancer, and raising a glass to those taken too soon! Abv - 5.0 ibu - 26.0

• Bear Slayer

  In the quest for juice, Bear Slayer is brewed with a classic combination of Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Expect notes of orange, pineapple, mango, and a hint of papaya. Juicy, with a silky smooth mouthfeel. Abv - 7.0 ibu - 23.0

• Hopkins After Dark

  A "dark" version of our delicious 12th Avenue hefeweizen, this dunkel (or "dark" in German) is fantastic! Ripe banana, brown bread, and caramel throughout. A beautiful amber in color, just like a summer sunset. Abv - 5.1 ibu - 18.0

• Pretty Fly For A Wit Guy

  Intensely refreshing and notes of bright citrus, this Belgian witbier is perfect to bring us from summer to fall! Spicy Indian coriander provides spice and orange citrus, grains of paradise with citrus and pepper, and cara cara orange juice to make it really pop! Notes of bread dough, orange, and white pepper. Abv - 5.2 ibu - 18.0

• 12th Avenue

  Description: The perfect summer bier! Almost 60% German wheat, German pils malt, and hefeweizen yeast make this a bright, refreshing glass of sunshine! Intense notes of ripe banana, white bread, and and underlying of classic clove. Abv - 5.1 ibu - 13.0

• Goldene Stunde

  Brilliant gold in color, full-bodied, and yet, crushable. Munich Helles is considered by some to be the "perfektes bier!" Brewed exclusively with Barke Pils, it's subtly sweet, grainy and malty, with just a hint of floral hops. Abv - 5.1 ibu - 18.0
