• Couple's Skate

  American ale brewers' answer to the popular light lager, cream ales aren't actually creamy at all. Instead, they are light, crisp, and slightly more flavorful than an American Light Lager. • Mexican Hot Chocolate King Ursus

  Inspired by the Mayan invention and essential part of Aztec culture, we infused King Ursus with Morita, Ancho, and Arbol chilis for heat and flavor, and added vanilla bean and cinnamon for sweetness and complexity. Has a spicy kick and bold flavors! Dark Chocolate - Chilis - Cinnamon Abv - 10.0 ibu - 70.0

• Raspberry Mainstreet Wheat

  A celebration of Hopkin's historic Mainstreet and Raspberry Fest, we can't believe we didn't think of this before! This brilliant red American wheat ale and intense notes of raspberry and a hint of passionfruit. Drinks slightly tart and incredibly refreshing! Abv - 5.3 ibu - 22.0

• Bock, Bock, Grey Bock

  Dunkels, or dark, bock is the traditional bier for hot poking! Dark brown with some beautiful red highlights, expect notes of brown bread, light caramel, toast, and slight chocolate. Smooth and full-bodied, with almost no hop character, this is a true celebration of malt, the soul of bier! Abv - 6.3 ibu - 24.0

• King Ursus

  Imperial Stout Big, Dark, Complex! Dark Chocolate, Dark Fruits, Molasses & Brown Sugar. Thick, Luxurious, Silky & Delicious. Abv - 10.0 ibu - 77.0

• Bear Slayer

  Hazy IPA - The newest batch of Bear Slayer is brewed with Mosaic, Cashmere, and Chinook hops. Expect notes of berries (especially blueberry), grapefruit, and citrus. Incredibly smooth with the use of wheat and oats in the mash. Bear Slayer commemorates Nate's slaying of the bear that now resides in our basement! Blueberry - Grapefruit - Citrus Abv - 7.0 ibu - 23.0

• Too Many Spaghetties

  Like a German Pilsner, but dry-hopped for extra hop character. We used Tettnang in the boil and Hallertau Mittelfruh for dry-hopping, giving florals, grassy, and notes of lemon. A crackery, crispy base of German pilsner malt finishes dry and delicious. Florals - Crispy - White Bread Abv - 5.2 ibu - 40.0

• HelioCitra

  Packed with Citra, Cascade, and Chinook hops, this American IPA packs a citrus punch! Tropical mango, grapefruit, and pine in a light, crispy body. Citrus - Mango - Crispy Abv - 7.0 ibu - 70.0

• Calli Mae

  Brewed by Ryan and his wife Stephanie to celebrate the life of their dog, Calli. Schwarzbier, or "black beer", drinks more like a pilsner than a stout, despite its color. Brewed with Minnesota wild rice, there's a touch of earthiness, nuttiness, and bittersweet chocolate. Join us in raising a middle finger to cancer, and raising a glass to those taken too soon! • Hopkins After Dark

  A "dark" version of our delicious 12th Avenue hefeweizen, this dunkel (or "dark" in German) is fantastic! Ripe banana, brown bread, and caramel throughout. A beautiful amber in color, just like a summer sunset. Abv - 5.1 ibu - 18.0

• Pretty Fly For A Wit Guy

  Intensely refreshing and notes of bright citrus, this Belgian witbier is perfect to bring us from summer to fall! Spicy Indian coriander provides spice and orange citrus, grains of paradise with citrus and pepper, and cara cara orange juice to make it really pop! Notes of bread dough, orange, and white pepper. Abv - 5.2 ibu - 18.0

• Bear Bear Stout

  Silky smooth, chocolate, and roasty! A hefty helping of honey-malted oats provides sweetness, a silky mouthfeel, and slight caramel notes. Incredibly smooth but complex in flavor. Chocolate - Roast - Silky Abv - 5.9 ibu - 32.0

• Ferocity Tropical

  Soft pink guava and tart calamansi (tangerine/lime) along with planifolia vanilla bean layered over our signature ferociously sour base. Bright, vibrant, and surprisingly delicate. Abv - 4.3 ibu - 8.0

• Classic Dry Cider

  The perfect dry cider with 0g of sugar. Abv - 6.9 ibu - 0.0
